Has been widely excited to try out this game , however whenever I try to enter it it just freezes at the snipers vs thieves logo , and plays the music , with the only button i can press on is help and support , which doesnt even work ,I have a huawei p9 lite if it differes , but I tried to play it on ios but again its stuck on the logo , plz fix this game

One of the best games I ever played and it does not have many ads
The game is quite good, I used to play it a few years back and wanted to Check it out again but The game is just stuck at the loading. It's been there for 7 minutes and it says at the top left version, top right player ID : Unknown token, and then at the bottom help and support which I clicked but nothing happened. Bit of a downer.
